JALEBI

INGREDIENTS: 
   
 1 .1 kg rice flour
 2 .1/4 kg rava
 3 .1 kg sugar
 4 .a pinch of baking powder
 5 .ghee

HOW TO MAKE
 1. Put enough hot water in rava to make a thick batter.
 2. Cover and set aside for the hole night.
 3. Next morning add to the rice flour, baking powder.
 4. Add more hot water if the batter is more thick.
 5. Heatenough ghee to deep frying to smoking, lower the heat, then pour the batter through a cloth bag with
     a hole ,from the pattern.
 6. Fry till crisp.
 7. Drain and put in to a prepared sugar syrup of two thread, for 5 minutes, then put it in a plate.
 HOW TO MAKE SUGAR SYRUP
     Put a glass of water in sugar and cook over a low fire till thick.
              Remove from the fire and keep it worm.
